SMS is a globally accepted wireless service that enables the transmission of alphanumeric messages between mobile subscribers and external systems, and is also used in machine-to-machine (M2M) applications. This service is generally used by our customers for telemetry systems, involving the use of remote devices for data collection, analysis and messaging.

Convey provides nationwide GSM network access on a wholesale basis for hardware that communicates via SMS. We activate Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards for telemetry and telematic applications, and have rate plans that are data only, with no monthly voice service fees. We deliver nationwide GSM data service through agreements with multiple network roaming partners.
